Route Development Manager, Far East to impact the organization by designing, developing, implementing and managing a network sales program.
- Facilitate revenue growth and product
- Network development
- Establish Air and Ocean volume
- New account goals for specific origin and
destination pairs within Far East-US-Far East
lanes.
- Identify Far Eastern lane specific requirements
- Identifies and pursues major key traffic
segments.
- Developing Trade Lane specific market
intelligence to continuously upgrade and/or
maintain the company's competitiveness within
the defined trade lane
- Assisting in training the sales force to
successfully sell and grow the Route
Development Business
Education and Experience:
A Bachelors Degree is required
Proficiency in multiple languages is strongly preferred (Mandarin)
Generally five to ten years of experience in Internal Business Development or Supply Chain Operations including at least two years of management experience
Strong International Sales skills are required
Knowledge of Supply Chain is required - including experience in International Air and/or Ocean Freight
