- Oversee daily operations of Air Export
department. Organize the structure to insure
excellent customer service and profitability.
- Set and measure performance standards for
individuals and teams.
- Manage staff development of department through
active recruitment, training, and quality
management activities.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train and advise team and clients in areas of
Export Administration Regulations, Ocean Carrier
services.
- Conduct training courses and seminars for staff
and clients in areas of shipping and export
administration regulations and procedures.
- Develop written procedures for handling each
account served by team, including classifications,
schedule of service fees, shipment entry and
booking process, and any other related
information.
- Manage the appropriate databases to reflect these
procedures.
